SWS is like Cliff Notes for class.
This workshop has been very helpful so far. I think that this workshop is a wonderful idea, especially for a class with so many incoming freshmen. This has been a great opportunity to share ideas and understand concepts fully.
This workshop has been extremely helpful so far it helps to hear things twice and in different ways so I can absorb more. This workshop helps me to stay on task as well and I don't feel afraid to participate in class.
This program has helped me quite a bit. The concepts are made clearer to me by my SWS facilitator. I feel more confident about this subject because I am enrolled in SWS.
Supplemental Workshops are great to refresh your memory and giving you an idea of what to study. Getting any questions answered is also a plus!
Our facilitator has been very effective in reinforcing the concepts learned in lecture and lab. He makes the meetings fun and tries to approach the material in new directions so that we understand better. Right now I have a "B" in the course; the SWS workshop is a big reason behind the grade.
I think that this workshop is great. Without this workshop I think I would be studying in circles and not really understanding much. With this workshop I feel like I could go into a test with out studying and pass with a good grade. With this workshop and studying I think I will do good in this course.
This SWS workshop has greatly helped me and I am already planning on taking Supplemental Workshops for all that are offered for my future classes.
The facilitator in SWS has done a great deal in helping me and the group understand what exactly the professor is saying and teaching. She does a great job of simplifying what is being taught without losing content.
Overall, I'm completely satisfied with my decision to continue to come to this workshop.
I am very grateful that the SWS workshops are offered because they have guided me on how to study for the tests, which as a freshman has been a necessary skill.
Without this workshop there is no way that I would be doing as well as I am. This SWS workshop gives me a chance to practice and discuss the concepts that we learn in class. It gives me a chance to ask questions.
SWS has really helped me review key concepts, made me understand difficult ones, and has encouraged me to study and keep on top of the class notes.
